That was part of the issue. So MS had me copy the files to local system. Only when the MUI CD's were copied to c: windows mui will the installation run without fail. If I make a sub-folder in that directory or try to run from any other location.it will fail. I guess that's why you have to pay them for support.cause how in the he!! Would anyone have figured that out on their own. Thanks anyway, inverted.
